Shell Builds:

If you know you want and extension but you’re not sure or can’t visualise how you want the inside to look just yet, why not have the shell built and design the internals as you go or leave it as a separate project should that suit your timescales and budget.

The shell builds consist of foundations, drainage, walls, oversite floor, roof, doors, and windows to create a waterproof shell!

This will allow clients to decide on factors such as how many lights, switches, plug sockets, radiators, taps, and where they can go as the project develops should that suit them as opposed to having to make these decisions at the start which almost always get changed!
